We have a treadmill at home, so for extra exercise we put Rocco on the treadmill for 10 mins every other day - if he wants to go for longer we let him.
We started off on the flat and as he got used to it, we increaded the incline on it, so he has to work hard (like going up hill)
Rocco is quite hard to keep in shape, so this extra little bit of exercise really helps - and he loves it!
